I simply want to start doors from rlogin connections. They're all .js.
I can't figure out any of this.
The whole logon sequence appears even though
I disabled most of it.
The games don't start, I get an error that it's not
found due to the way I've got the path and door game name separate.
Do I need to start them with jsexec?
I've got tons of questions and couldn't
find any answers on the wiki searching for my questions... I've got 3.20d I think.
Sorry, I'm in over my head... I really thought this would be self explanatory and a piece of cake. I just want to have my users be able to access .js arcade games locally. I just need one working example for startrek, gooble gooble, chicken delivery or Lemons.
I should be able to
figure it out from there. Plus how to disable all of the new user messages and prompting...

If you want an rlogin client to go *directly* to a specific door game,
then the rlogin *client* needs to specify the internal code of that door (xtrn) in the Rlogin terminal string, as documented in the above wiki
page.
If you want all rlogin clients to go directly to your door game menu,
that's also described on that wiki page.
I should be able to figure it out from there. Plus how to disablemessages
all of the new user
and prompting...
Can you be more specific? Some new user messages/prompts can be disabled
in
SCFG->System-> New User Prompts, some are disabled through text string customization (e.g. via ctrl/text.ini file), others via JS modifications
or modopts settings. -- digital man (rob)

Yes, the door is starting after the bulletins and other things appear, right before the menu would. I'm using xtrn=GOOBLE as an example.

I had jsexec followed by the .js script loading after the path. Simple user error.theThe games don't start, I get an error that it's not found due to

Still, I think we'd like to know what the error message was.

Then it sounds like you just need to set [logon] rlogin_xtrn_logon = false in your modopts. -- digital man (rob)
