    Title: Easy White Chicken Chilli
    Categories: Poultry, Beans, Chilies, Herbs
    Yield: 6 Servings

    1 lb Ground chicken
    1 md Onion; chopped
    30 oz (2 cans) cannellini beans;
    - rinsed and drained
    4 oz Can chopped green chilies
    1 ts Ground cumin
    1/2 ts Dried oregano
    1/4 ts Pepper
    14 1/2 oz Can chicken broth

    OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: Reduced-fat sour cream, shredded
    cheddar cheese and chopped fresh cilantro

    In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onion over
    medium-high heat until chicken is no longer pink, 6-8
    minutes, breaking up chicken into crumbles.

    Pour 1 can of beans in a small bowl; mash slightly. Stir
    mashed beans, remaining can of beans, chilies, seasonings
    and broth into chicken mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce
    heat; simmer, covered, until flavors are blended, 12-15
    minutes. Serve with toppings as desired.

    Title: Strawberry Pretzel Salad Dip
    Categories: Fruits, Cheese, Breads, Dairy
    Yield: 8 servings

    8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/2 c Confectioners' sugar
    1/4 ts Salt
    1 ts Vanilla extract
    8 oz Tub frozen whipped topping;
    - thawed
    1 c Strawberry pie filling;
    - divided
    Pretzels; for dipping

    Using a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment,
    beat cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract
    and salt on medium-low speed until smooth, 2-3 minutes.

    Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the whipped
    topping until evenly incorporated. Gently stir in 3/4
    cup strawberry pie filling until combined.

    Transfer mixture to a serving bowl; spread into an even
    layer. Dollop remaining 1/4 cup strawberry pie filling
    on top of cream cheese mixture. Using the end of a sharp
    knife, swirl strawberry pie filling to give a marbled
    appearance.

    Cover and chill until ready to serve or enjoy
    immediately. Serve with pretzels for dipping.
