Title: Air-Fryer Potatoes

Yield: 8 servings
2 lb Small unpeeled red potatoes;
- in wedges
2 tb Olive oil
1 tb Minced fresh rosemary

1 ts Dried rosemary, crushed
2 cl Garlic; minced
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Heat air fryer to 400ºF/205ºC.
Drizzle potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with rosemary,
garlic, salt and pepper; toss gently to coat.
Place on ungreased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until
potatoes are golden brown and tender, 10-12 minutes,
stirring once.
