Two unsuccessful impeachments endless investigations and what not to de-legitimize Daddy Trump's 1st term.

So, Tulsi Gabbard, The head of DNI, made a criminal referral with the evidence she found. John Radcliffe, the head of the CIA, sent evidence to congress and made a referral as well. Lastly, and this is damming, Kash and Bongino found evidence that was about to be destroyed... in burn bags...

Running a person email server for official business was highly illegal. Even Comey (I think) admitted that to Congress, but said "we didn't see any intent, so we won't prosecute."

Even though she set it up during a time when there was little to no oversight.

This is why I agree with Trump's priority list. The first thing was take away the funding because the weakens them majorly.
