    1: I allow open read only and always will
    2: I allow open read only but may change based on this info
    3: I will definitely close read only access now
    4: No. I don't allow read only access anyway

    you can use fail2ban to prevent bots

    Not on my system. It's already under memory strain without f2b bloat.
