I recently switched to iPhone and discovered that the fTelnet client for it uses the iPhone keyboard. It's really cool to be able to BBS properly with your own native keyboard and not the old clunky fTelnet one.

That's fun too! But the wait for the native keyboard (I think that's what it's called) is over.
It has a weird display issue I'm trying to overcome - let me know if you run into it. It works perfect the first time it's used, but then on the 2nd try I'm only seeing 1/2 of the screen - I'll dig deeper into that issue and see what's up with it.
