Just wanted to say a big fat "I told you so" after scinet is abandoned once again and put on autopilot.

I might have missed it. What did you told us, exactly?

It's a shame. Has anyone heard from Frank in the last however many
months?
I also sent him an email & netmail the first time
everything went down, but didn't hear anything back.

Has the scinet nodelist rolled out yet?

I have also netmailed and e-mailed Frank -- although regarding a nodelist chang

I don't know, I find most of the nets are half dead anyway, so
his absence doesn't terribly affect me as long as things keep
running. Although if I was a new BBS trying to join, I'd be
pissed
That's the thing. For most of the last two months, there
was ZERO traffic in SciNet because something was broken/
down, and he did not notice/care, and wouldn't respond to
contact attempts.
Not a very professional way to run a network, IMHO.
Yeah.... I know it's a hobby, but still.

Can't scinet be configured so that other participating systems
can move mail amongst themselves despite 77:1/0 being down?
